COVID-19 Measures

To protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are taking all necessary actions to ensure your purchasing experience is safe. We’ve implemented additional safety measures to ensure each eyeglass frame is thoroughly sanitized prior to each customer trying them on. For customers having new lenses put into their existing frames, we will fully sanitize those glasses prior to returning them to you with your new lenses.

Safe & Sanitary Ordering

We also have two convenient purchasing options, without the need to visit one of our stores:

• Call our Avon store at (860) 507-7420 to request a postage-free replacement-lens order kit. You will receive a box to mail us your existing frame, prescription and order form. Once your order is received, we’ll contact you to confirm and take payment information.
• Visit DirectExpress to easily place an online order. We’ll mail you a box for your frames and prescription and once we receive it, expect to get your new lenses in about a week!
