Warranty & Return Policy

At LensesOnly, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our current warranty and return policy, as listed on all receipts and followed in-store:

Doctor’s Change Warranty

If your prescription changes, we’ve got you covered:

• A 60-day, one-time Doctor’s Change Warranty is available on your lenses.
• We’ll remake your lenses at no additional charge beyond the service fee.

Anti-Reflective (AR) Coating Warranty

• One-time warranty coverage is available within 1 year of the original service date.
• A service fee applies to remake the lenses, cut them to fit your frame, and return the original lenses for credit:
  • $30 for Single Vision
  • $50 for Multifocal

Note: Lenses with Transitions® or Polarized features do not carry a warranty unless they include an anti-reflective coating, in which case they follow the AR policy above.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, we are unable to offer refunds.

Complimentary In-Store Services

If you purchased your lenses and/or eyeglasses frames from LensesOnly, you’re always welcome to stop by any of our locations for:

• New nose pads
• Free adjustments and cleanings

Contact Lenses

Unfortunately, contact lenses are not returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.
