If at any time within the first 30 days after purchase, your lens or eyeglasses frame and lens purchase satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return them for replacement, exchange or store/web credit if you prefer, with your proof of purchase. There is a 30% charge for return of custom eyewear.
If you purchased your lenses or eyeglasses frames and lenses from LensesOnly, you may bring your frames and lenses into any one of our stores for new nose pads or a free adjustment and/or cleaning.
Unfortunately, contact lenses are not returnable.
LensesOnly offers an Eyewear Protection Plan (EPP) to customers at the time of purchase for $25. The EPP extends your coverage for 1 additional year after the initial 30 day period. If your frames or lenses break or become damaged, we will replace them as follows with proof of purchase:
- Frames* – $10 + shipping and tax
- Single Vision Lenses – $25 + shipping and tax
- Single Vision Lenses with Transitions – $50 + shipping and tax
- Progressive Lenses – $50 + shipping and tax
- Progressive Lenses with Transitions – $75 + shipping and tax
